Re: Keeping Temp files longer or autosave feature
@Peter, do you mean you want to store just a list of commands used in the projects? Or actually store the data (so that in the fifth time you have the project open, you can go back to the state the project was in after the first edit in the first session)? Re: Keeping Temp files longer or autosave feature

Re: Keeping Temp files longer or autosave feature
Do we want to transfer this to Wiki>Pending Feature Requests.
I for one do not support this idea - I like it that Audacity cleans up my temp files, saves me doing a lot of unnecessary housekeeping

Re: Edit Features of Audacity
Well, I'm not sure why this thread has minimal views and no responses. Maybe the question was too dumb? Actually it's probably cos its too complex :geek: You've already answered a bit of your own question - capturing the best performance you can is critical - later poishing with editing rarely help...

Re: Input/Output dropdown lists bug
BTW the other toolbar that's really worth widening is the Meter Toolbar (it's about as useful as a chocolate fire-guard at its default size imho)
I have mine spread across the whole width of the Audacity Window.
