Almost certainly not - it's like trying to take the banana out of a banana milkshake. Your learning from this should be to make a backup copy of the raw recording before you start playing with adding effects, then you can always go back and start over. You can always add an effect, listen in Audacit...

I've tried to use it as a limiter, but it didn't work. The SC4 does not have "lookahead", so sudden peaks will often "slip through". Could you counteract that by reversing the audio and then using SC4, and re-reversing Brian Davies uses a similar technique in ClickRepair to avoi...
