If you have a selection in the waveform, probably the one you "locked", I think it very natural that you would use Quick-Play so as to avoid removing that selection. More naturally I would label such a selection so that I could always go back and easily select it - no matter what other pl...

Your interpretation of "correctly". If it was "correct" interpretation then we would prevent Tracks > Add Label at Selection from adding a label at the cursor position, and we would prevent Region Save from saving the cursor position. Don't you see the inconsistency of Region Sa...

And there are others - one of the developers is currently undertaking a major rewrite of effects- I sent a test error report to him recently on the -quality email list. You have to remember that it is alpha test code - it is not intended for production use - as it may well be buggy like this. WC

I'm concerned there is currently no option (or other way) to modify a locked Play Region/cursor (which you can do in 2.1.0). I've written to Steve offlist about that. I've been pondering this as I wrote my other responses. Perhaps I'm being dumb here - but isn't the whole point of a "locked&qu...
