OK - this morning I added a user-preset button to my proposal in the Wiki - and I added a vote from MichloIW the initiator of this thread (in the Feature Request page - and in the proposal).

You can do most of this with Audacity (but not the artwork image) but there are probably easier tools you could use. Personally I would use iTunes, set it to rip to MP3 at the required rate,. Rip the CD, adjust metadata, add artwork. This should create a set of MP3 files in a folder defined by artis...

It's probably because the sound is being sent back via the USB to your Pyle TT - which has no speakers. Switch your output device to be the computer's on-board soundcard. Something I would find extremely useful for speeding up the editing process (and thus, hopefully others would) is the ability to snap back to the view setting we had after we "fit selection" or "fit project" or even, if possible, before we start zooming in. +1 to that How exactl...

Workaround if you are using region labels (as the text of your post implies): select the labelled region by clicking in the label and then press Play
