Re: Desire to share skills, need a female singer, a drummer
Does Audacity have a Facebook page?? There is an Audacity page on FB - but it is not owned or managed by us - despite repeated requests to the owners. It's not a very good page, often out of date - some if us elves wander over there from time to time and answer the odd question, but as it's not our...

Re: Audacity (2,0,3,0 / Windows XP) allows no editing at all

Re: Recording from USB turntable
BTW none of the above suggestions are cheap.
There are pleny of cheap USB TTs on the market (including 3-speed ones) but they tend to be trashy and produce trashy results - don't ask me how I know ...

There are a couple of Dual TTs that may be worth considering if all three speeds are important to you: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dual-410-USB-Turntable-rpm/dp/B000SNBCQA/ref=pd_sim_sbs_23_7?ie=UTF8&dpID=31xDY8Eq0tL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=0CGCMJNXQNKYZBKENBGS htt...
