If you don't want or need scrubbing at all - then not only can you remove the Scrub Toolbar you can also hide the Scrub Bar, The Scrub Bar is the gray bar directly under the Timeline - to hide it just right-click in the Timelin or in the Scrub Ruler and select "Disable Scrub Ruler". This w...
