I downloaded High Sierra 10.13.3 onto my Macbook Pro and Audacity seems to run well on that new OS release
a) the released 2.2.1
b) the latest alpha for the upcoming 2.2.2
c) older Audacity versions.

Chains is listed in the keyboard shortcuts in Audacity Preferences. They don't allow you to select a specific named Chain in one key press, which is what I think Trainer is asking for. Have you tried, as the error message suggests, re-installing the Audacity app. The latest version is 2.2.1 - and you can get it from here: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/ Update: I just checked my installation of 2.2.1 on my W10 laptop and that dll certainly comes as part of the download. 2.2...

Or you create a video (which can be a series of photos or even a single photo) and use your audio as the background sound.

Facebook requires videos not audio.
