The first thing you should do is update to the latest version of Audacity which is 2.3.0 (with 2.3.1 due out next month).

I'm recommending to Audacity Team (of which I am a member) that we just delete that old website as it is well out of date and very misleading and as far as I can see serves no useful purpose whatsoever.

You should just be able to mute the tracks that you don't want exported and then use Export Audio or Export Selected Audio to get the the required mix, as muted tracks are not exported See this page in the Audacity manual: https://alphamanual.audacityteam.org/man/File_Export_Dialog#Exporting_multipl...

You have an Audacity install missing tools? I think Click Track has been included in Audacity for a long time.

In later versions of Audacity Click Track has been replaced by Rhythm Track
