Indeed - which means that expert users can edit the txt files directly - and copy and paste between Macros and between Maro users.

I found where Audacity keeps Macros. I don't think it says that anywhere in the instructions. Indeed, I think you're right Koz. I can fix that (but not for the soon to be upcoming 2.3.1 Manual) . I've made a "note-to-self" to do that for the 2.3.2 Manual (an ednote in the manual) Peter

Or if you don't want the full set - you could add back the CTR + -I as a custom shortcut.
