I tested on Mac with the latest 2.3.2 alpha and I see the same errors there.

Did you put a 'tick' in the box to select 'use high quality stretching (slow)' ? That's because you missed the little squiggly character "~" (called tilde) off the front before /Library...

That's two different file locations - Mac likes to make things complicated with very similar pathing names
