I will try to find some time to test AUMultibandCompressor later
AUMultibandCompresso works fine for me on my Macbook Pro under macOS 10.14.6 latest Mojave - with both the released Audacity 2/3/2 and the the alpha test build I have for the upcoming 2.3.3

Is there a definitive guide as to which plug-ins work with the latest version of Mojave and Audacity 2.3.2?
No , sorry.

Simply because there are thousands of plugins available abd we can't test them all - we would also need to retest for every new Audacity release, so no way sorry ...

Re: Guide For Plugins 2.3.2

Some of Apple's AU plugins are known to register in Audacity but not work. There is a bug report fir this: https://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2036 That bug report is based on testing we did last year. Also documented in the Audacity Manual: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/installi...

Re: Updated link for manual

Good catch whbjr - thanks :)

I've fixed it for the upcoming 2.3.3 Manual.

And thanks for not just reporting it - but for also providing the correct link 8-)

Re: Downgrade from 2.3.2 ?

I record solo guitar and often need to do a fine cut to dub a part in. In the previous version of Audacity the entire track was one color, now the tracks are a light gray in the middle and darker gray on either side. I go to highlight an area to cut and the cut line is only in the dark outside area...

Re: How to access a particular point on a CDR

Yes, you just create a label at the start of each poem and then use Export Multiple I would label as: 01 <first poem title>, 02 <second poem title>, 03 <third poem title> etc to keep them in order This Tutorial in the Audacity Manual explains the steps (and more): https://manual.audacityteam.org/man...

I just registered to the forums to write this reply. I have the same issue. This is not an aesthetic one, really slows me down.
I'm totally puzzled - just how does this slow you down? :?

Re: File type is not saved

In the meantime I updated the alpha Manual for the upcoming 2.3.3 release to explicitly state that the command exports 16-bit WAVs:

Re: File type is not saved

Hi Victor, Thanks for reporting back - glad that worked for you. I did some more testing on that bug and because Export as WAV is inconsistent with Export as MP3 , Export as OGG and Export Audio all of which remember and recall last-used settings - I have raised the bug priority to P2 to give it mor...
