Re: Is there a way to repair a corrupted AUP3 file?
Hi David,
thanks for offering to share the problem project.
I have sent you a PM on this Forum with my Audacity email address to effect the transfer.
Do you have somewhere to host this - or do you need us to provided some hosting for the transfer.
Peter.

Update: our lead developer suggested - as the devs would very mucj like to examine this project: https://www.transfernow.net/en/ Free 7 day trial allows 5GB...

Re: Macro Manager
On first launch of a virgin Audacity install many plug-ins are "new". We wouldn't want Audacity to automatically enable all of them, would we? A very definite "No" from me. And a very definite "No" from me too. There's (more than) enough effects in the Effect menu already without enabling further s...

Re: Can't open file made with Audacity and saved to external hard drive
Ok, but why would this drive that I have used for a couple years and been able to save to and read from in Audacity now be formatted wrong for Audacity to use when a few days back it worked? While installing Windows 10 Home I did have the External drive un-plugged in an attempt to avoid anything be...

Re: MP3 files exported in stereo from Audacity distraed
... With Catalina I could export files from Audacity in MP3 stereo and they would play perfectly fine in iTunes. Perhaps with a future update to Big Sur, this will get resolved.. I don't use Audacity to Export MP3 (or AAC) files for iTunes use - I export as WAV, import the WAVs into my iTunes libra...
