This is the puzzle. Castblaster is recording in stereo - the file properties tell me that, and I can tell by listening.

Castblaster stereo mp3s importing as mono
I record my podcast using Castblaster. It writes it as a stereo mp3 file, 128 kbs, 44100 hz. Pretty standard. My problem is that when I import any of these files into Audacity they import as mono tracks. This makes it impossible to use Audacity to edit my podcast. Anyone got any help on this? Many t...
