ive a 9 pc drumset and decent amount of cymbals. i can only record all 8 tracks as one track using audacity. is there a way that auadaicty can record a track per each mic i use on my drumset? so, for example, if the center toms are lower in vol. than the others, i can just manualy increase the vol. ...

hope they come soon cause the constant freezing whether i use the mixer in aud. or not is annoying and never happened in previous versions like this.

the hard drive is new, i dont use it for anything but music, prob 7/8's of the drive is empty, frag, and error is not the prob. asked about this months ago they advised me to use alpha vers. and not beta. it helped but no real solution. hard drive is clean and lots of empty space.

also, the bets version was worse far as these problems, though i dont recall having such freezes upon opening any aud file, with the beta.

make sure no effects are on in your pc sound program, take off any surround or anything, might lessen the overall delay

from what little info you give, try going to your sound program(s), not audacity. check that NO effects are on it like surround or anything else, take them all off, see if it helps, it seems to take some of the delay off of mine, and while its not perfect its a lot closer in sync than it was.

well i got rid of the .12 and got the .13 in the proper place in c drive. i used the same aup and mp3 files and have had no problem as far as the playing back and i was using the mixing levels, l - r, mute etc, within the mixing board and no problems at all. i could even close out the mixing board a...

ok, the new audacity link you sent me, i went in where it was downloaded, and opened it to try it, just where it is in my dowmload file, it opened, played and i could openm mixer board and move vol. control up and down and no problem. and the music is stiull playing afterwards, so far so good. shoul...
