i am trying to record tracks for myself and some people, i recently downloaded audacity for windows 7 and cant figure out how to hear the music as i record? when i push record there is no music, and when i push play it plays the music. i want to hear the music AS i record,SO FRUSTRATED does anyone h...

I NEED HELP !! i also record rough draft rap tracks, but i cannot figure out how to hear the instrumental when i record? i upload the instrumental, then i try to record but i cannot hear the beat so i cant record? i have windows 7, any suggestions !? thank you !!!
