Steve... Ok - tried the method you suggested - I knew the 400% increase in tempo wasn't going to work b/c it's too fast/distorted to hear anything clearly but I figured I'd change to about a 30% increase or so and then figure out how to line the audio track's back up so that the 30% increased tempo ...

Hey......thanks for the tip - I appreciate it...however...
If I use the "transcription toolbar" it distorts the pitch which obviously is a 'no go' when it comes to reviewing voice over's for editing purposes...so that wouldn't work well...
