Those plugins are meant to operate on a stereo track. So, try this. Take the track you want to auto-pan. I assume it is a mono track. Not your problem - at all. The track is a stereo track - each is - is there a different procedure for stereo? Split the stereo track? Convert to mono? I expected to ...

Perfect--however, for whatever reason, the plug-ins (5) do not alter the clip, aside from weakening the level - that isn't acceptable and it's confusing as to why Sky plug-ins aren't working (unless my ears are deceiving me). I wonder if there isn't a simpler way to do this? Or a different way, for ...

I'm intrigued. But what might work is a "random" panning effect--is there a plug-in currently available? Or one that takes the music from left to right and back again--that also may fit the bill?

"Circular" Panning Inquiry
Any ideas? The effect I'd like to get: on a stereo track, a panned sound, levels equal at all times (no fade-ins/outs), circular--going around the head, left to right and back to left.

Not Hearing Any Sound from Project + Not Saving Properly
Well, first I couldn't quite save the project properly, but what seems to have happened, perhaps, is that I mistakenly moved certain files around - all of the bits and pieces in the data folder seem to be there and work properly, but I can't hear any sound come out of Audacity. I could hear it maybe...
