I see that that program is from an unidentified developer.
I may use Audacity to add the very last line of voice (background singers) to the Karaoke. I probably can figure that out.

Getting Album Art
I split up an album using Audacity exporting each song as MPEG-3. But I can't drag album art to it. The songs say Format: MPEG-1 Layer 3 in iTunes.

Re: Where are my lame files?
I decided to go on - I'll keep looking for my lib directory to clean up later, but for now I copied libmp3lame.dylib to a directory I know about. When I ran Audacity, it looked for Only LameLib, which had this file grayed out. Then I enabled all files, and selected libmp3lame.dylib, and tried to ope...

Re: Where are my lame files?
I could not find /Users/HBrazee/Library/Application Support/Audacity I could not find libmp3lame.dylib. The Lame libraries that I installed are named: Lame Library v3.98.2 for Audacity. When I run Lame Library v3.98.2 for Audacity.pkg it first asks me to select a volume, I select "Macintosh HD". It ...

Where are my lame files?
I installed Lame for Audacity repeatedly. If I don't default, I see that it installs in a LIB/AUDACITY file. But I can't find it. I do finder searches for files modified today. Somehow I need to tell Audacity where they are, but I can't find them!

ADS audio capture device
When I was using Windows, I would play my cassettes via an ADS device that converted the audio to USB which I captured using Audacity.
Now I'm using OS X, and I don't seem to be able to get my computer to hear via its USB port. Any ideas what I can try here?

Re: Getting started
<<<1) Untar the source>>> That doesn't apply to you. That the start of the instructions for writing a program or writing a programming hook to include lame in one of your programs, or you have an insane desire to compile lame yourself from the original source code. I personally wouldn't be doing an...

Re: Getting started
The Readme says: 1) Untar the source 2) Change to the lame-3.97 directory 3) Execute the script included in the tarball. You'll find the newly built library, libmp3lame.dylib, in the lame-3.97 root directory. NOTE: As written, the build script requires the 10.2.8 SDK and gcc 3.3 compiler to be insta...
