For some reason, I cannot view the Meter Toolbar. I used to have it, but I have lost it somehow. Makes it difficult to set the "Line-in" volume correctly. On the "View" dropdown, the "Float Meter Toolbar" is greyed out. There is no selectivity to either float it or dock...
