I tried to set it up so that loop play was space and shift+space was play, but it doesn't work. In the transport menu it says loop play is space, but space just plays once though. Is this a known bug?

I'm on 1.3.12

Here's a picture. As you can see part of the effect worked, but the rest is the blue bar. It doesn't matter if I use the multi-tool or the selection cursor.
