Also, how would i mic the drums, doing what i'm doing?
I've tried putting the mic all around the drum set, but when i play it back, it just sounds too empty, and you can't hear certain instruments too well.

Help quick please!
I use audacity to record tracks for my solo project.
I use a computer microphone that i bought from walmart, into my computers sounds card.
It's all i can work with for the next few months.
I wanna know if there is anything i can do to get rid of this distortion on the recordings.
