Audacity Forum

I believe I have Windows 98? (Horrible at computer stuff!) What I did was open Audacity 1.3.11, pulled MP3 file into it, added a music file I've used in Audacity before, edited everything then 'saved project as' in my download file. Then when I clicked on the file (in downloads) to open it, Audacity...

I created a file on 1.3 version but when I now try to open it (so I can post it on my blog) it says, "File was saved using Audacity 1.3.11. You are using 1.2.6 and need to upgrade." When I went to again upgrade it said I already am upgraded. What do I need to do to so I can proceed????
