Thanks. I'll try that. I have a stand alone turntable with a DJ Pre II pre amp. It has white and red inputs and white and red outputs. The recording is fine; just can't convert to MP3 because of Lame. Maybe you link will help.

iTunes losing tracks
My problem is with iTunes being unable to locate a file. I have downloaded many of my store-bought cds to the itunes library over the years, making playlists so I can make straight copies or mixes for use in my car. A lot of the tracks, including Audacity exports I've made in the last couple of days...

How can I 'go back' without closing the entire program? If I'm finished with the current file and want to open another in the same window I have to 'close' or 'exit' and this closes the whole program. Thanks in anticipation.
