In Fraps, in the Movies tab, it says
Sound Device: Vista (although I'm on Win7), and
Sound Input: Direct Stream
Is there any way I could use "direct stream" with Audacity or another program to capture just the sound?

I went to the Recording tab in the sound control panel but nothing showed up when I clicked 'show disabled devices'. Hi, I need some help. I want to record whatever is coming out of my integrated soundcard. In control panel -> sound, there's three recording devices listed: front and rear panel microphone jacks and a rear panel line-in.
