That noise in your latest sample is much more intrusive than in your previous sample. Are you using the same headset? Have you moved closer to the computer or closer to other sources of interference, or turned a mobile phone on?

If you still want the audio for the CD tracks as one Audacity track, you can label the points in the Audacity track where each CD track will start then Export Multiple by labels.
