I think it will be as Koz said - you have the _data folder in the wrong place (the _data folder needs to be in the same folder as the AUP file) or you renamed the _data folder (which you shouldn't do).

Assuming it was a typo, I deleted your previous post where you said you had 2.0.1.

The answer is the same though - please check your disk space or wait for the progress bar to complete.
