Not enough information - see the pink panel at the top of the page. What is the make and model number of the mic and the pre-amplifier? How are you connecting to the computer? What are the settings you are using in Device Toolbar?

Audacity doesn't expose enough command-line options to help you.

You'll either have to install AutoHotKey or similar and write a script, or if you are a developer, compile Audacity and use its Scripting feature.
