Re: ..How audacity is saving my day..

We can't fix your project for you - you have to do that. If the audio at the wrong speed is at the correct pitch, try Effect > Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift... . If the audio at the wrong speed sounds at the wrong pitch, try Effect > Change Speed... ( http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/change_s...

Re: Recovered file has silent channels Please help!

Do you see the Automatic Crash Recovery dialogue http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/recovery.html and then you choose to recover?

Please post the contents of Help > Show Log... if you need more help. That needs to be done after trying to recover the project.

We only provide support for Audacity here.

You'll have to write a short script.

You can search the SoX users mailing list for some examples or subscribe to that list and ask for help directly.

Re: Digitizing 4 channel audiobook

RE: "Strange flutter sounds happen toward end of recording" I was trying to post to to another question and help that person. This is my first post and I didn't know that it would put my comment on my thread instead of as a response to the other thread. When you replied to the other topic...

Re: adding background noise to all wav files simultaneously

Audacity cannot do that. Try SoX mix or mix-power http://sox.sourceforge.net/sox.html.
