Re: Corrupted files on memory stick

Re: could not record line in with aux cable

As I already told you on [email protected] you should buy a USB interface with a stereo line-level input, like one of these: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Recommended_sound_devices#USB_Interfaces . If CASIO is a music keyboard, also see http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/FAQ:Recording_-_Troubleshooting#...

Re: Noise reduction feature

Have you tried Compressor http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/compressor.html?

Noise Reduction is for mitigating unwanted sounds and can slightly damage the audio you want to keep. So only use noise reduction to mitigate audio you don't want.

Re: Very low recording volume

Make sure you have Audacity 2.1.0 from http://web.audacityteam.org/download/windows . Exactly what is the make and model number of the mic you are using? Check in Audacity Device Toolbar that you are choosing the input you are recording from. For example if you want to record an external mic, it is ...

I'd like to lock them at their current time position Yes, providing the audio section you want to lock is in one or more of its own clips. Uncheck Editing a clip can move other cl...

Re: Is Lame MP3 codec is for personal or commercial?

I don' know how this applies to Poland... The country is relevant because if a country does not fully respect applicable patents then the patents are unenforceable in that country. Also the MP3 patents are slowly expiring and this varies from country to country. A lawyer told me a year ago that MP3...
