The problem was a translator's error - this has been fixed since Audacity version 2.1.0.

Either change the language to English at Edit > Preferences... (Interface section), or probably better, update to the current Audacity 2.1.1 from http://audacityteam.org/download/windows.

What are you trying to do, in detail? What version of Audacity are you trying to build? I repeat my suggestion that you build HEAD with wx 3.0.2, following mac/Build.txt.
