Re: How Do I Add more RIAA Curves?
The plugin README http://www.nullmedium.de/dev/audioplugins/ says "Signal levels with no gain are calculated to give 0dB gain at 1kHz." The plugin (set to 0 dB gain) applied to 0.8 amplitude white noise seems to me to produce an identical spectrum shape to Audacity 's RIAA curve. The peak ...

You can just put the image between
tags. Don't add URL tags as well.

Re: Could not find any audio devices Error
This error is a known problem with Audacity on Windows 10 if any of the audio devices you are trying to use don't have Windows 10 drivers that are fully compatible with the device. Have you read http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Windows_10_OS ? According to http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01142E...

Re: windows 8 audacity sound input problem
which device do I try to make stereo? In Windows Sound, you have to make stereo for the USB Audio CODEC (or similar name) for the cassette player. See http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/faq_recording_how_to_s.html#rinstereo . This is the best link to give in answer to a question like this. Gale

Re: Having problems converting to a .wav
Alright, I messed around some more, and it turns out that the actual song changes. It changes to a track I do not recognize, and it is the same track no matter what song I start out with. We cannot see your computer, so we cannot follow what you are doing if you don't give us any information to go ...

Re: Help fixing corrupt .wav file
If the files are not private, you can post a link to one of them. We might be able to use it as an example when we work on Import Raw again.

Re: Having problems converting to a .wav
If you change the project rate from 44100 Hz to 11025 Hz and export, the speed and pitch would be the same but it would sound "dull". 44100 Hz can carry all the frequencies humans can hear (up to 22050 Hz), but 11025 Hz can only carry up to 5512.5 Hz. You live with that if you want 11025 H...

Re: How Do I Add more RIAA Curves?
Ok...I have my turntable connected to a Scarlett 2i2 with some RCA to phono adapters. As you know, Scarlett has no phono input. Is the output of the adapters (the TRS end of the cable) producing line level output with RIAA EQ applied? Or what is the make and model number of the adapter? A "pho...
