What is the purpose of Spectral Selection Toolbar if Spectral Selection is off? Answering myself, once a spectral selection is stored in the project, Spectral Selection Toolbar can show that spectral selection's existence, even if spectral selection is off. Obviously for blind users the visual appearance of the selected view is irrelevant, but "views" are still relevant to blind users because of which features are exposed by the selected view. I was trying to think what features would not be available if the blind user who used spectrograms ...
