Click at the end of the song to place the cursor there. If you cannot see the end of the song, press K on your keyboard and Zoom Out (CTRL + 3).

With the cursor at the end of the song, hold SHIFT and press K on your keyboard. Press Delete.

ReaEQ v2.36 32-bit works for me on Windows 10 in the latest 2.1.3-alpha, except that clicking "Add Band" and "Remove Band" freezes Audacity, requiring force quit. That does not happen in 2.1.1. The crashes are already noted in http://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=127...

To clarify, there is no OS called El Capital, it's El Capitan.
