Re: HELP

I have no problem writing drum patterns in Hydrogen , they are a midi file , I have failed to export the file to Audacity and make it play , I try midi , raw data , the result is the same , it does not play ...

Re: [SOLVED] Importing raw data - or from text list
Also another consideration on Windows 8/8.1 and 10 at least is that if Audacity is running with Administrative privileges the AHK script must be run with Administrative privileges too, or it will appear to do nothing.

Re: Importing raw data - or from text list
What version of Windows are you on and which version of Sample Data Import are you using? On Windows 10 using http://forum.audacityteam.org/download/file.php?id=7264 (space added at the end of line 13) and latest AutoHotKey, ALT + N and CTRL + O do nothing. Yes, the script is running and other AHK ...

Re: Unable to copy from left to right a full song or speech
Sorry it's a bug in 2.1.2, but it's now been fixed in our source code so it will be fixed in the next 2.1.3 version of Audacity (when released).
You could zoom out so the required selection remains in the project window. Or you could go back to 2.1.1.

Or you could change the speed of the Hypercam2 video files in Avidemux.eager to learn wrote:I've played around with Hypercam 2 but the developer never built-in any feature where you could slow down the recording in Hypercam 2.

Re: Paste Replace instead of Paste Insert.
I keep needing to do this - past a clip in, replacing an identically sized part of the main track - but only just got around to looking for the 'best' way. Basically there wasn't one, and it hasn't been discussed for years If you want, we can add your "vote" for a built-in Paste Replace c...

Re: Batch File conversion - AUP to MP3
OK, so you don't need Chains to include Export Multiple, just for them to apply to multiple projects. I added your "vote" for that. It's fine to save an Audacity project if your editing can't be done in one Audacity session, otherwise as soon as your edits are finished you should File > Ex...

Re: 24-Bit Recording Status
The most important first: Goldwave works perfectly! I tried it with 96/24 only, not with any other sample rate. Actually I rather expected that because we have seen that before in Audacity/Goldwave comparisons. Another thing that Goldwave WASAPI manages that Audacity WASAPI does not perform reliabl...

Re: A couple of recording questions
The pan slider is centered on the track, so that's not it.[...] When I record with Audacity using Scarlett, I can here myself in both channels with the headphones but only the left channel is captured and plays back. So are you actually saying that the right-hand recorded channel is silence (flat l...
