The link is what you need. Read all of the page. If you recorded the songs on one track, use labels to demarcate each song then File > Export Multiple... will be available. Press the yellow Stop button before exporting.

I think updating the FocusRite driver has helped (so far!). Which helped, going back to Apple's driver? What should my recording level be and where do I change it? Try Splitting a recording for export as separate tracks.

They can of course be burned with CD-Text though the information it contains is limited and does not help you skip to a specific song.

Make sure you are connecting to the Line-In of the SoundBlaster. The Mic in of a SoundBlaster really will be that - meant only for a computer mic.

And if the tape is supposed to stereo, make sure you have a stereo cable.
