Re: Repair tips needed
If you need to remove a lot of big clicks (too big for the Audacity Click removal feature), hang onto the recording until Audacity 1.3.8 is released. I have written a plug-in to remove big clicks and in preliminary tests it works pretty well. I will release it when Audacity 1.3.8 is released (Nyqui...

Re: Multichannel output
Jamh wrote (to feedback_AT_audacityteam_DOT_ORG) I was thinking of using Audacity for performance, but I need multichannel output support for 10 to 20 speakers. Is this doable at all? Say through jackd on linux? Please see: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=11172 and: http://ard...

Someone will correct me, but there is nothing here... http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php?title=Tutorials ...that will send you to the forum. In fact, many of the wiki pages are like that. Illiterate? Write for more information. Koz As far as I can see, if you are not logged in there is no way of accessing any user's profile, of sending them a PM or deducing their e-mail address to send them a normal e-mail. You can use SUPER:

or Audacity 1.3.7 Beta if you add the optional FFmpeg library to your computer:

Re: Waveform view corrupted in all versions from 1.3.4 - tru
1.3.4 is long out-of-date and no longer supported (by us). Support would be provided by your distribution if your 1.3.4 is a packaged version of Audacity. I recently compiled Audacity (ANSI) from CVS HEAD on Ubuntu and don't see the problem there, and no-one has else reported this that I know of. Bu...

Re: Clipfix (see waveform pic) - plugins available?
I am trying to figure out how to upload a plug-in. Is there some repository? Hi As I replied to your question on the Wiki, Download Nyquist Plug-ins is the intended master repository, but we have not had the resources to finish that page. Plug-ins listed there would have to have a permanent link we...

Re: Crossfade Automation
This is our idea of what automatic cross-fade would be like when joining two clips on one track. Something as "one step" as this is I think what Michael is asking for and will be a new request on the Feature Requests page. I'll add some votes from other people who have asked for this via ...

Re: Opening project hangs Audacity 1.3.7
Leland posted some more information on our developers' mailing list which Steve will have seen but not dgersic. Leland can apparently reproduce the hang by changing the "h=" value in the project to a value that triggers the problem. I'm not sure if this means Audacity is somehow interpreti...
