IIRC help files in 1.3.8 have only been provided for Windows (an possibly MAC) - but definitely not yet for Unixy version. WC Help files (viewable in the web browser) are built into the Windows (exe) and Mac (dmg) installers for 1.3.8. Anyone who downloaded the Windows/Mac zip of 1.3.8 or has 1.3.8...

I try to open Audacity, but it does not open. If I try again it tells me that audacity is already open. We know the meters have no minimise button, the issue is that they should disappear if you minimise Audacity or task switch away from it.
