I can't use the .mp3 because it is not downloadable. I explained it wrong. It's embedded in a video. There are lots of ways to get the MP3 out of the video. You can extract and import the audio into Audacity simply by installing FFmpeg . All you need to do then is drag the video file into Audacity....
