We have to cater for users on fairly small screens, so Device Toolbar cannot be too wide.

You may use the drag handle to drag Device Toolbar wider:


Alternatively make the same changes in Devices Preferences.

In 2.1.2, COMMAND-click invokes Scrubbing and Seeking.
