Re: Batch convert AUP files
(I admit I'm a little surprised there has never been an, "OpenProject" chain command. Seems almost...obvious.) I've added two votes on our "Feature Request" system to be able to apply chains to multiple projects (I know at least one of the requests here has not been counted yet)...

Re: Vitesse excessive de la piste enregistrée
Hi Gale, I use Windows XP and the sound card is a chipset on my mother board in my VAIO ( it uses Realtek drivers). I used Audacity before but since I reinstalled (one more time) my XP, the problem of sound sampling appeared. I tryed so many samples but it doesn't work crorrectly. What version of A...

Re:Hollow sound recording vinyl to single input laptop[SOLV
Moved to a new topic with a relevant title. Please start a new topic unless you are commenting directly on someone else's issue. Sounds great now!! I had a hard time realizing this option was to be applied to playback -- it did not help how things sounded during the recording process. Audacity does ...

Re: Getting Rid of or Editing Metadata Tags?
I'm trying to get rid of or edit the first seven Metadata Tags, like "Artist Name" and "Track Number" which the manual says "The first seven Tag names are permanent and cannot be edited." Has anyone found a way around this? Because those tags are only useful for music;...

Re: Resonant Filter
Not much to say about it. It's a resonant filter. The "bandpass" version is equivalent to applying the high-pass and the low-pass resonant filters. That's OK if it's documented, but as it stands looking at the plug-in, it looks unintuitive IMO. "High then low" though not ideal w...

Re: Cross-Fade (revisited)
I had another look at the Cross-Fade linked to on the first topic of this thread Do you mean the "obsolete" version or the "current version"? Actually, I did mean the current version, despite you leaving the "obsolete" one up to fool me... :) I am sure it needs the def...

Re: Windows7 - Recording Using MS Sound Mapper
Microsoft has made Stereo-Mix progressively more difficult to find As they have line-in and S/PDIF which are not so contentious as recording computer playback. There probably is some truth in the conspiracy theory about media piracy, but to clarify this yet again Microsoft do not stop computer manu...

Re: Extreme Stretch added to Audacity
I guess those interested in "brainwave entrainment" might like your effect. If it is included in Audacity, we'll need it to be documented in the Manual ( http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Effect_Menu ). Yes, I will document it when I will see commited in the svn. Thanks. It was committed...

Re: Split Option Missing
that's still odd about rolling my desktop back from 2 to 1.3 and not seeing Split directly under Edit. There were many different releases in the 1.3 series. If you cannot use the CTRL + I shortcut and it is mission critical to you that Split is in the root of the Edit menu then you will have to go ...
