Re: Getting an audio feedback when starting record session

getting a screen shot has always been one of the little mysteries for me. PrtScr prints the whole screen to the clipboard. ALT + PrtScr prints just the window that has current focus. I'm using an Innovative Technology, LTD. turntable Model # ITUT-201SVR. As far as I know right now the USB audio cod...

Re: Audacity not responding when I open project

I've just run into an issue while I was working on a university project. Basically it was a 2 minute-long bit of audio with various imported sources. It was almost complete, but I accidentally zoomed out a bit far, and the time shown along the top showed up as a negative value. I figured I could ju...

Re: Audacity records at wrong clock rate

I'm running Ubuntu Linux 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx". The Lucid Lynx repository offers only Audacity 1.3.12-2. I recall seeing on the Audacity site that the 1.x series is no longer supported, and since I was seeing various issues with it went looking for a 2.x release in .deb format that I cou...

You may be able to hide some of its toolbar com...

Re: Using 'Custom' setting to Export in 6 Channels...

Hello, this is my first post and I PROMISE that I searched the forums (although my 5.1 or 6 were 'ignored' every time which kind of defeated the purpose... :) ) And I even tried to click on a specific link that was supposed to show me precisely what I'm asking, but it did not work... Where exactly ...

Re: File Menu Missing

Hey all, first post, I just found a solution for this and thought posting would be the decent thing to do. The export command is something I had to do every time I started Audacity, so this wasn't really acceptable. After following the bug in the Ubuntu bug tracker, I found the following solution t...

Re: Can't get 4 inputs to record

Here's the requested info: Are you sure that is all of it? You should have other inputs such as your built-in sound card inputs, and a listing for the actual playback device that Sound Mapper - Output is mapping to. Do you have the correct drivers from here http://tascam.com/product/us-600/download...
