I think Text Envelope may now be hard to argue for as a shipped effect Why is that? Because you have repeatedly said that multiple envelope points would overcomplicate Adjustable Fade. I am not totally sure I agree, but I gave in to that, partly because it would be more useful IMO to improve access...

My preferred version is not 25f. I have said I like the order of controls in #30. My concern is the lack of fade types in #30.

Hi Singtoh, You get still get a lot of "ALSA lib pcm_dsnoop.c:612:(snd_pcm_dsnoop_open) unable to open slave" entries, it just seems that doesn't cause such a hold up as before. I don't get those messages on 12.10, but that 12.10 was a fresh ISO install. Was yours an inplace upgrade over 1...

I guess I can just import say an mp3 or audio file for a song, then in audacity play that track while recording the guitar track, then I have to figure out how to sync the two up That is the best way.
