Re: "Hollow" sounding when recording amp

Have you read the product manuals http://www.fender.com/support/articles.php?section=downloads&category=product-manuals ? Does the Fuse software let you record or is it just a way of controlling the Fender from the computer? Are you on Windows, if so, what version? Does Windows Sound Recorder re...

Re: problem

Good. If you are having problems with having a duplicate entry you could also look in the Windows Control Panel to see if the sound device has its own control panel. This is different from the control panel you just looked at. Sometimes there can be options to tie up input jacks (such as front and b...

Re: Can't hear sound using USB sound capture device

Are you recording a flat line in Audacity and that is why you cannot hear the recording? If so, have you chosen the USB device as input in Audacity's Device Toolbar, and have you then turned the input volume up in Mixer Toolbar? Are you recording when you cannot hear the sound? If you want to listen...

Re: one-click noise removal

I don't understand what you mean, Ed. Are you proposing some code you've written? Or requesting such a thing, if so with what parameters would it work?

Voir i...

Re: "Hollow" sounding when recording amp

Audacity does not work with ASIO drivers.

Are you choosing the USB input in Audacity Device Toolbar? Did you turn the input level in Mixer Toolbar up?

Have you turned some effect on in the amp?

Re: Normalize totally destroys audio after applying LADSPA c

I found out that is is only doing that with long audio... like a 3+ minute song... I tested it on 5 seconds of music and it didn't do that... threshold of clip was set at default (95) followed by a 'normalize' at 0 db.. all I did was 'clip fix' and 'normalize' and that issue arised... but doesn't a...
