I looked for the 'Audacity Projects' file but found an 'Audacity' file instead. Some of the missing files are there but they seem to be all chopped up into 4 or 6 second pieces. Check what input you are recording from in Device Toolbar. Choose USB Audio Codec or similar. If you are recording from stereo mix (computer playback) or the internal microphone it may cause this problem.
