Re: Permission to use the icon
Please use this one which comes from our source code, then there can be no problem: http://audacity.googlecode.com/svn/audacity-src/trunk/images/audacity48.png . This assumes you are not intending to publish that icon on web pages. If you want to do that then the image should include the Audacity tr...

Re: Can't Open File
The oriental characters Steve removed do work in an Audacity 2.0.2 track name, so there is more wrong with that project than the names. I would guess you have too many tracks. How fast is your computer (GHz) and how much RAM (memory)? If you can open the project, don't play any tracks. Click in the ...

Re: Can't make Audacity install in ENGLISH no way
If you get Audacity 2.0.2 from our site http://audacityteam.org/download/ then the Wiki instructions http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Changing_the_current_language#unknown will work. CTRL + P to open Preferences. Click the fifth item down in the list on the left. Now you'll see three long boxes on ...

Re: Sending in a modified Repair.cpp and about further plans
Thanks for your ideas. I think you attached the wrong file. Any patches have to be submitted to audacity-devel mailing list as per http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/SubmittingPatches until you become an established developer. No developers read this Forum. Someone here such as Steve or myself may tr...

Re: Submit your EQ Curves
The default Audacity only comes with like 8 and are "Bass cut" and "treble cut"... This thread is 12 pages deep, yet there is no link where I can simply download some various EQ curve XML files? I am missing something big. All I see is a generic link to a wiki that has 1 link to...

Re: Export audacity file to mp3, need help
When you go to export the file as an MP3, the Mac automatically prompts you to save it to the Audacity file, and of course, this file is full. Do you mean Mac prompts you to save it to the folder Audacity.app is in? This might be expected, but the folder Audacity.app is in should not be full. Are y...

Re: Adding VST Plug-Ins
I cannot use FreeverbToo on a Mac anyway What Wiki page exactly were you looking at? There is a Freeverb2 for Mac ( http://www.dancetech.com/file-library/PLUGIN/freeverb.sit ) but it could be for PPC Macs only. I have not tested that. Freeverb2 for Mac is listed on http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki...

Re: Error Saving Project
I agree with Koz - select each track and File > Export Selection. Then Verify Disk and Repair Permissions. Have you looked in the e00/d00 folder in the "project53300075" folder? If d00 contains 256 AU files then that folder is complete. If it's complete, and only a few AU files in e00/d01 ...

Assuming this isn't spam, what does this have to do with Audacity?
