Assuming you have installed 2.0.3 in Program Files (x86)/Audacity then I recommend you uninstall Audacity 1.3 Beta (Unicode). Click Edit > Preferences: Libraries in 2.0.3. Then under "MP3 Export Library", click "Locate...". This should give you the location where Audacity is look...
