There is nowhere else Audacity loads plug-ins from except for the VST_PATH environment variable. It is not likely that exists unless you created it yourself. I believe you have installed Windows in Russian or have set "Formats" in the Windows "Region and Language" control panel applet to Russian. This causes Audacity to run in Russian. To set Audacity to run in English please see this Frequently Asked Question: http://manual.audacityt...
