Someone will correct me, but I get around 100MB for 200 minutes in mono, so I don't think you're likely to run out. An exported 16-bit mono WAV at 44100 Hz sample rate takes 5 MB per minute. So 200 minutes is about 1000 MB (about 1 GB). The limit for WAV is 4 GB but you should not go above 2 GB for...

What do the tracks in Audacity say - mono or stereo?

If you are exporting two or more mono tracks, use the L....R sliders on each track to pan them in the stereo field, then they will be mixed to stereo.

Picking up on the other points When saving a project, Audacity copies the used elements (from the original wav files) in the project folder. Help! I am using Windows 7 64-bit and have installed the latest version of Audacity from the .exe installer. When I try to open it, it refuses to open. So you are laying down vocals while listening to the guitar track you already recorded? That needs sample rates to match in all Audacity tracks and devices, and good drivers for the inbuilt sound device.
