Thanks, Andrew.
I don't think anyone has reported such an issue in JAWS or NVDA, even on Windows 8. Have you reported the issue to Window-Eyes?

Re: PLEASE HELP - Open aud project, orphan all files opens b
Okay, moved folders other than your list of 40 out of the Data folder but a curious difference remains, the sequence of the folders is different. In my folder it reads d00, then next goes into d0a, d0b, etc until d01. On your list, the d0a, d0b, etc come after d09 and ends before d10. And then in m...

Re: AUP files missing audio data
Unfortunately I cannot attach the aup file that I cannot open because the audio is confidential data for a research project that I am working on. The AUP file is not audio data. It would disclose no more about your project than the screen shots you posted. However from the other information you giv...

Re: Using the Metadata Editor
I'm running Audacity 2.0.0 under Ubuntu 12.04. When using the Metadata editor, I habitually add, below the default tags, my own custom tag, with the name 'Comment'. this is because most of the tag editors I have come across do not recognise 'Comments' as a tag, but they do recognise 'Comment'. Now,...

Re: Exoprt label with unicode create duplicate labels
I confirm it's a problem on Mac copy-pasting from http://www.google.com/intl/bn/inputtools/cloud/try/ or using Bangla-QWERTY input language. If the only language used in the labels is Bangla then labels.txt has no contents. However the labels seem to reopen correctly if you save as an Audacity proje...

Re: recording from my macbook drives me crazy
Actually, the manual version is now the "definitive" one. Content from the wiki was recently integrated into it. This is the one to reference from now on: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Tutorial_-_Recording_Computer_Playback_on_Mac Except of course after 2.0.4, http://manual.audacityt...

Re: Is it possible to rebuild this file?
I have a folder _data which has a e00 folder and within that folder 8 subfolders d00, d01 etc to d08. In those folders are .au files. I noticed I don't have the .aup file for the project, also checked the temp folder and there's nothing there? Is it a way to rebuild this file? You need the AUP file...

Re: "Avius Media Data" Keeps repeating
You've probably downloaded an *AVS* audio product in error - they always have overlaid messages until you pay up.
