Re: Audacity 2.0.4 still crashes
The new version works just like the previous one for me (on a Mac mini with OS 10.8.4): drag and drop starts Audacity but does not import anything, but both File/Import and File/Open import audio without crashing. Thanks for testing. I assume you are referring to drag and drop a file to the Audacit...

Re: Audacity cassette converter software
You will need a Windows, Mac OS X or Linux computer to run Audacity.
You may be able to use one of the iPad apps mentioned here:
http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/fa ... tml#mobile
but we cannot assist you in making that choice.

Re: built-in mic not recording
If the red recording cursor moves when you record, do you have the input volume slider in Audacity turned up (by the mic symbol)? If the recording cursor does not move, click the Transport menu and make sure Sound Activated Recording does not have a checkmark (if it has a checkmark, click to remove ...

Re: Multiple Aud Files
As Koz said, if you open the AUP file (in File > Recent Files) then the fragments of the recording should be in correct order. Leave the AU files alone. Are you saying that if you double-click in the first (uppermost) track to select it, then File > Export Selection, the music in that first song is ...

Re: delay recording problems
i already was 0.0 so that doesn't help. Not trying to be rude with that and sorry if it came across that way. It was deselected. If Software Playthrough is deselected in Audacity then Windows is playing the recording through. Are you on Windows Vista or later? If so, right-click over the speaker ic...

Re: How do I get audacity to use the time shift when exporti
Would you like the idea that we added a preference to respect white space between time zero and first audio when exporting? We might do that sometime.Taz_1999 wrote:Thanks for the reply Koz! I'll try that.

Re: Problème d'ouverture d'une musique
Close the project without making changes then put the 12 AU files from "e00000ff" to "e0000612" in the "Musique toyota REMIX_data" folder where the other AU files are.
